Abide by Sheffield and Hallamshire club and ACU rules and regulations and obey instructions of designated club officials
Park vehicles in such a manner as not to block the access road.
Ride motorcycles carefully and slowly. Give way to pedestrians. There is a footpath through the site. Be aware of other riders.
Members shall wear suitable protective motorcycle clothing, including motorcycle helmet, motorcycle boots & gloves. Unless a helmet is manufactured with a camera as an intrinsic part, helmet cameras (including helmet camera brackets) and cameras attached to the body are prohibited. Cameras attached to a machine permitted.
Police the area whilst using the ground. All unauthorised persons on the property shall be asked to leave or reported to the officials or the police.
Secure the site as far as reasonably practical. Keep the gate locked.
Be responsible for removal of litter.
Please do not use power washers at the ground.
Display practice boards at all times when practising.
All members should be accompanied by at least one other person when practising at the ground, in case of any accident.
Report any incidents to the club.
Only fully paid-up members of Sheffield and Hallamshire Motorcycle club who have the practice pass paid correctly are permitted to practise at Eadons Fields.
Only the named person on the pass can use the venue. Do not share or copy your pass.
Do not attempt any obstacles beyond your ability.
You are personally responsible for your own safety. The club does not accept responsibility for injuries, losses, breakages, etc
Motorcycle Trials is dangerous, we advise you get your own personal accident insurance cover whilst riding.
No use of the venue on the designated quiet days or days when events are running.
If sections are laid out for a trial, please do not ride them, you are welcome to come and enter the trial to ride them.
As part of your practice pass please be available to observe or provide an observer once a year at one of our trials
All vehicles are parked at the owners risk. Any damage to your property by others is not the responsibility of the club.
Any damage caused by or to a minor is the responsibility of the parent. All minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
